Big Red Sports Network NC, here bringing you Highlights, Blog Discussions, Game Schedules for Burke, McDowell, Caldwell, and Catawba County North Carolina.
The Big Red Sports Network was created in Summer 2021. Originally conceived as a platform to recognize the athletic programs at Freedom and Patton High schools, we soon found other schools showing interest in being part of our coverage area. Big Red Sports Network currently has a core coverage of Burke and McDowell counties and other neighboring schools as possible.
Our staff and contributors are comprised entirely of volunteers who enjoy covering local youth athletics as their passion. We are always looking to add to our talented group of photographers and we especially enjoy reaching out to local yearbook and photography clubs for anyone looking for a high visibility platform to showcase and improve their skills. If you are interested in joining the Big Red team, please give us a shout. We are aways looking to expand our coverage to other schools and bring more communities into the Big Red coverage area.
